Cart Cookie

The cart cookie (called "shoppingcart") contains a randomised reference that allows the shop to remember which products you have in your cart, and also your shipping zone. We can not use it to tell who you are even if you have bought from us in the past.

If you delete this cookie we will clear your cart and location. You will still be able to view the shop but will need to accept the cart cookie if you wish to add products to your basket.

User ID Cookie

If you requested that we remember your name and address for the next time you visit the checkout we will have sent a cookie called "userid". The cookie contains a randomised reference that allows us to look up your name and address. We do not store any credit card info.

If you delete this cookie we will remove the name and address record from our database. If you have paid for an item we will still retain a copy of your name and address so we can send the item to you.
