ESAB Spatter Shield greatly prolongs the lifetime of gas shrouds and contact
tips. Simply dip the MIG welding torch (when hot) into the fluid. When dry a
heat resistant layer is formed that prevents weld spatter from sticking. Just
a couple of applications can last an entire 8 hour shift!
Unlike conventional Tip-Dip products, when using ESAB Spatter Shield you will
NOT experience any problems with porosity created by drops of anti-spatter gel
falling down into the weld.
