How Shipping is Calculated
We try to make shipping costs clear to customers before you purchase.
We can't think of anything more annoying than having to go through
the checkout to find out what the shipping might be.
We don't make money on shipping (on average). The prices above
will result in some customers paying slightly too much for shipping
and others paying slightly too little depending on the product.
We try to adjust the shipping costs so that things balance out
and that nobody is ever far off the actual cost.
The shipping area is calculated when you check out based on your
address, so there's no need to select your shipping zone unless
you want to know what it will be before we spring it on you at
checkout.
