The Eye-Tech II 5-13 model features the same patented front cover lens system
as the 9-13 and the same unique helmet shell design, this time finished in a
heat reflective silver finish.
The 5-13 has a wider range of shading options to cover low amp TIG welding,
micro-plasma welding, plasma cutting & even gas welding/cutting. Press a
button & the LCD cartridge will remain clear for 10 minutes to also allow
grinding; a red light flashes inside the visor to alert the user the helmet
is set to grinding mode.
With 2 selectable shade ranges, 5 to 9 and 9 to 13, the 5-13 model is suitable
for virtually every kind of welding process.
